a) HYDRODEMOLITON
Hydrodemolition or hydroblasting is a technology used for the removal of deteriorated and damaged concrete at depths of ≤ 100 mm. The technology utilizes a hydrodynamic procedure – producing an ultrahigh-pressure jet of water (≤ 3000 bar) with a microprocessor-controlled device called ROBOT. The advantages of this technology over standard manual procedures are unmatched. Primarily, there are no vibrations in the structure that lead to the formation of micro-cracks. The problematic micro-cracks cause a porous and permeable layer and disable proper adhesion of a new repair mortar.
b) CRACK INJECTION
In order to repair cracks that are ≥ 0.5 mm of size, we apply a standard procedure of injecting resin or high-quality mortar into V-shaped cracks that have previously been treated and prepared for injection.
c) REPROFILING OF CONCRETE STRUCTURES WITH REPAIR MORTARS
When old concrete is removed from a spot, the concrete surface is re-profiled so as to restore the original geometry of the structure. For that purpose, we use the best repair mortar for reinforced concrete structures.
d) APPLYING PROTECTIVE – DECORATIVE SYSTEMS
After the final cleaning and surface preparation, we apply a protective-decorative waterproofing coating in order to restore the structure to its original state.
With these technologies, damaged concrete structures are restored to their original state without having to be demolished. Consequently, the issue of recycling and disposing of waste is eliminated.
