In order to recruit the best candidates applying for open job positions, the company Sitolor d.o.o. will process their personal data within the standard selection process.
The purpose of the data processing is to organize and optimize the recruitment procedures involving administrative management of applications and other stages of the selection process.
We aim to collect the type of data that allow us to identify the candidates: name, surname, date and place of birth, and other information provided by the candidate, such as foreign languages knowledge, degrees and certificates, professional experience, etc.
The recipients of the candidates’ personal data are the employees of the company who are in charge of the selection process.
Data processing commencement: the date of the application submission.
All submitted applications will be kept on file for a maximum of 90 days starting from the date of the job vacancy announcement, or the date the application was received.
